Pet Policy
* NOTICE TO ALL RESIDENTS & APPLICANTS: Everyone must complete the screening process. This is not only for pet and animal owners but also for residents and applicants that DO NOT own a pet or animal.
A complete PetScreening is required before any animal may be brought on the property. A fee will apply for unauthorized pets or animals (per your lease agreement). Residents are responsible for the Pet Fee and Pet Rent. Pet fees & Pet Rent will be determined by your pets FIDO score from PetScreening.com
Residents are responsible for supervising their pets & animals and the cost of any damages caused by their pets and animals. Any complaint of animal odors, noise, or other behavior that disturbs other residents is grounds for management to request removal of your pet/animal. Pets/Animals must always be kept on a lease while outside on the property. Residents are responsible for immediate removal of pet/animal waste. All pets must be licensed, microchipped, and up to date on their vaccinations. Aggressive and select breeds are not allowed; Breed Restrictions: Any hybrid or mixed breed with any of the following: Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bull Dog, German Shepherd, Malamute, Rottweiler, Doberman, Akita, Chow, Presa Canario. This list is not all inclusive of all breeds and Management has final approval.
